“I'm always happy to stop in at Ross'. I went looking for 3 items a mid size purse, a long sleeve t shirt and a pair of lounge pants. I was able to find them all at reasonable prices, and used the rest room. Myself and 2 other customers did have to call for customer service to unlock for us. Thanks, Ross.”
“I really like the staff, they make you feel welcomed, where you can relax, and enjoy trying shoes on ,and looking at bags and bedding. Those were the departments that I was in, and I am sure that all the departments are that helpful as well. I would love to put a great shout-out to the lady in the perfume area when I was asking for help in the bag area because the main lady was helping in a different area. The lady said she could help me,I was impressed most places of business do not do that. I would just love to say to the staff in shoes, perfume,bedding,and hand bags you lady's are doing a great job of Dillards store of Farmington New Mexican, to keep up the wonderful atmosphere. I have not felt that in years with any other shopping experience in town or even in other states. Thank you”
“In the phone department, a young man named Dallas was a tremendous help after I bought a new phone & needed help with it. He was patient and courteous, answering all my questions and he helped get it set up to use the Square for sales.”

“I prefer West Walmart over East Walmart.
Had something happen in the parking lot and all the staff came to my aid and waited with me until the police showed up and continued to stay with me until the police were finished talking to me and then made sure that I could leave safely and the other customer who caused the issue was arrested, and 86 from the Wal-Marts in town.
I added the pictures I took that day with other customers' trucks, and I think about pictures of the guy who tried punching my windshield out and assaulted me and all another staff member who was also a female.
If you see him or his truck stay clear because this guy has no problem trying to pull females out of the cars and hitting their windshield and shoving them and trying to hit females.
Don't have a picture of the guy but white middle-aged male wears an eye patch over one of eyes. If I remember correctly over his left eye.
Seen him around town a few times since and likes plaid shirts he rips the sleeves off them”
“No issues. Just wanted to notify the frozen products, the garlic bread boxes were all left open like fellow customers are digging through them. Sort of odd thing to witness. Maybe the store could look into that minor issue.”
