“What a friendly place. I've never been in a Michael's this friendly. 3 different people checked if I needed help. When I did need help that person brought a huge ladder and got a lamp down for me. I waited maybe 12 seconds at the register and that employee apologized for keeping me waiting. Plus the store was really well organized. I will definitely be back. I left in such a good mood”
