“I wanted to get a diamond art painting but the website said it was out of stock. I called to find out if the website was correct and the nice lady who answered the phone put me on a brief hold to check. She said they had one left and she was able to hold it for me. When I arrived at the store a few hours later, the cashier was very friendly and helpful as well.”
