The staff here was helpful and courteous. The main reason for my visit was to buy an open wood frame, which they didn't have. I know they do custom framing, which is great, but for my purpose I had hoped to find a good selection just ready on the shelf.

They do not have a lot of variety and they're very pricey on the stuff they have. I buy very little from michael's. However, the store is nice and clean and the staff is helpful
