“I have to shout out Marty in flooring. BUT the catch is I was not at Lowe's for flooring I was looking to buy a washer and dryer. He was the one who responded when I pushed the help needed button, and let me tell you I'm sure glad he did! He was nice and very pleasant in helping us order the washer and dryer we wanted. I had a horrible experience with another employee in appliances early in the week and was ready to boycott Lowes all together but I'm sure glad we went back and got Marty. His customer serive is 100% and I appreciate his help.”
