“I shopped here a few days ago. I was looking for a vinyl repair kit or something of the sort (Honestly, i hardly had any idea what I was looking for.) I only remembered one type of repair stuff that my mom's husband who does flooring had used.
I was a little lost, not at all sure where to even look till I came across Dave who works there. He was so friendly and eager to help! He was even patient while I struggled to articulate what I was looking for. He made a suggestion that I did't even know about cause I know jack about this stuff. What he suggested, though, looks like it should work just fine. Though, he did still mention that if it doesn't happen to be what I need, that there is someone else I can ask for specifically if we need to come back!
I really appreciated his assistance and happiness to help even though, he too, wasn't quite sure what I needed but he gladly helped try to figure it out together!
