“I was prescribed a BiPAP machine quite a few years ago. I had been subjected to many mask fittings until I gave up. New Primary, new sleep study, & HME Specialists was my new carrier for equipment. The machine itself was a delight & in conversing with Brooke about nares, sinuses, & septums, she introduced me to a new head gear, full face mask, apparently designed for people like me. It is no longer a discomfort to wear this appliance & has made a major improvement in my life. I wish every company I deal with was as proficient as these folk.”
