R L's A-1 Auto Body is a highly recommended, family-owned business known for excellent service and quality work. The staff is consistently described as extremely kind, friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful, treating every customer with individual concern and respect. They are thorough and knowledgeable, performing work that corrects damage to factory specs, making it unnoticeable. Their painting and color matching is done very, very well, often using OEM parts. The shop is honest, even recommending other businesses if it saves the customer money, and they will fight insurance companies on a customer's behalf. While their great reputation means they are often backed up, making scheduling an issue, the work is completed promptly and customers will not be disappointed. The pleasant atmosphere includes offers of snacks and drinks.
