I lived here and everything was nice quiet and peaceful except the cars driving by on the rocks and stuff and there were cats everywhere but overall no Beatles no cockroachs no disgusting bugs except mosquitos ants flys and any other u would expect in Farmington NM it was amazing in this place mostly
