“My visit today was great. My foot (shoe) issue was heard and the solution was beyond satisfactory. I feel ready now for my next run! Thank you, Jeri for your wonderful running expertise/advice.”
“It's rare to find a local business that consistently maintains such high standards for so many years. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in everything they do. Supporting locally owned businesses like this is important, and EAST MAIN TRADE has certainly earned its outstanding reputation. Always there to answer all your questions. Over the years I’ve bought lots of jewelry, guns, ammo, and I used to by camping items…Love this place !”
“My boy just LOVES his singlet! The ladies working at the store were so very nice and helpful. He picked out the Scorpion design, and they put it on there for him. We are very pleased!!”
“Recently visited your store in Farmington CT. Very good store layout with a wide variety of products in all sizes. Was especially impressed by your helpful and pleasant teammate Jacob who served me at check out. All in a very well stocked store with excellent customer service.”
“They didn't have a big selection of baseball bats. I think they were just sold out, though. Friendly and helpful staff. We were able to get everything we needed other than a new bat.”
“Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful. My mom recently bought 15 bags of pellets and wanted to make sure that Mark and Kenny got recognized for loading the bags into her car for her with a smile. This type of customer service is so appreciated, thank you!”
“Limited selection, higher priced for shoes, and sales tax compared to Famous Footwear locations in larger markets. Anyway, seems customer service is only dedicated to female shoppers and close family or friends.”
“Aaron was super helpful. got in right before closing and aaron helped me find the exact shoes i wanted right away. was literally in and out in like 5 minutes. 10/10 service.”

“I don't get why people post bad reviews about this place. My first time purchasing a firearm here and they had what I was looking for. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Definitely a great place for all your firearm needs, will be going back.”
