Go to any other Wells Fargo if you absolutely have to use Wells Fargo. Nastily rude female manager denied my check because of ‘discrepancies’ that didn’t bother any other bank. When I walked in I was instantly looked up & down then judged. God forbid a long haired dirty worker have a check to cash. Just stay away

These guys suck. Takes for ever for transitions. Long lines only two tellers and the two managers just talked the whole time with each other instead of opening more teller stations. It took an hour for a simple transaction. You guys are a bank you can afford to hire more people.

These people say they give you a grace period. DONT BELIEVE IT! It’s a lie. There has never been any grace period as stated in their online banking . It’s just another way to make money off you.

Wells Fargo business checking has been great with fast deposits etc.My experiences with the local staff on 20th have been exceptional. Very nice people with great service!! From managers all the way to bankers and tellers I’ve been treated so well.

The worst bank to have your money in. I am writing this on behalf of my parents. Long story short, they wanted to wire transfer their money and had everything they needed to do that. WF has taken their money hostage. They attempted online from their computer in Aztec and could not do it. My mother then called and was on the phone for literally 3 hours as they kept telling her that her account had a "Challenge" on it. Couldn't tell her why. They would tell her it was removed and she would attempt the transfer again to no avail and the same error/failure. My mom isn't dumb and is tech savvy. So that wasn't the issue because both my brother and I were walking it through with her. She was transferred 6 TIMES to other departments and people via phone!! Yes, 6 times with a consistent run around. And after all that no one could give her a good reason as to why it was happening or solve her problem other than telling her to go in to the bank in Farmington. Even admitting over the phone that the local branch would likely send her back to them on the phone. My mother has bad knees and was trying to avoid going to the local branch if possible. After getting to the branch my mother waited. And they did not have a public restroom so she had to leave, go to a nearby store to use the restroom and come back. Then the supervisor was condescending. My mom finally grew weary and left. I am an optimistic person and so is my mom. Most my reviews are glowing. But Wells Fargo has done just about everything they can do to screw their customer in this scenario and not resolve a situation that is surely not this hard to solve. I am beyond disgusted that their isn't a higher level of excellence from such a large banking institution. Release my mom's money Wells Fargo!

I have to go here for work. If I had literally any other options I would take it. Wait time is absolutely ridiculous. It is more uncommon for the line to be out the door and around the corner then it is to be a reasonable length. Along with that there is usually 15-20 cars deep. I was previously wanting to switch my personal bank account here but now there is absolutely no chance of that. 2 locations is not near enough for this area.
