“Everything was good except the line at the service desk. You need two people working it at all times: one to answer the phone that rings nonstop and one to check in/cash out customers. That’s the only thing that would keep me from returning. I waited almost 30 minutes to check into my appointment and there were two people in front of me.
A lady also cut the line in front of me and several ppl behind me and the employee at the desk didn’t even care. Immediately helped her. This grinds my gears more so than the wait time.
Kyle, my service advisor, deserves a raise. He was great, got my car to me in less than an hour and recommended good tires for me because I ordered the wrong size.”
