“When we left Renovation Outlays with our loot, we didn't realize until we returned to Albuquerque that some items were missing. They had not made it into the bag! I contacted the Outlaws and they sent them to me, quickly and without reminders. At their expense, too. A class act, I'd say. Senator Dede Feldman, New Mexico”
“They have almost everything you need in a quick trip. And their prices are great. It has saved me trips to the big box stores, who shall remain nameless, on numerous occasions.”
“I had an unfriendly experience at this store the one gentleman named Curtis was rude and obnoxious talked to me in a rude manner also falliwed me around store saying that nobody was gonna shoplift on his watch and the whole sit was uncomfortable and disrespectful to me and my wife.our friends told us about him and they weren't wrong he has zero social skills and zero customer service ability and my niece was learning to count change and she was taking time to count and Curtis in a smart rude tone said if you don't got enough I got a penny here and tossed it down onto the counter and my niece got scared and didn't want to finish counting and we had more then enough didn't need his penny”

“It's located behind harbor freight. Seems like Friday and Saturday they restock items and as the week goes by they go down in price. Some items are price a bit higher on the tables. In the table bins are the bargain prices. Don't be scared to look around. When I went, there were a lot of iphone cases and a51 cases.”

“The employee that work at dollar general are great with the customers they greet you when u come on and say hi and the talk with you when u go to pay for your stuff.”
“I showed up just as they opened on a Saturday, and an employee was placing display items out front. I asked her if they were open, to which she would neither look at me, nor reply. So I entered the store, at which time she told me I had to wait three minutes. Okay, no problem. Then an extremely nice and respectful young man whom was also an employee, pulled into the parking lot, told me good morning, and asked if I needed anything, to which I said I'm just waiting for another minute or two, as the other young lady employee was not allowing me to step into the store yet, which I understood. About this time, another customer showed up and walked right in, to which the original employee was indifferent to, so I entered. During my brief visit to accomplish some minor errands, this female employee could not have been ruder. No social skills, NONE. Perhaps she was a family hire, which around these parts is common, and beyond disgusting, as they are typically installed immediately into a supervisory position to which they are BEYOND unqualified for. Whatever the case with her she has NO business working with the public. Just young, unsociable, and rude. However, the young man helped me accomplish my tasks with fervor, and that was that.
Please local businesses, don't hire antisocial young employees, whom have no people skills, to interact with people, just because they are family or married into the family. Hire those whom actually give a shit, and have some true life experience behind them. Nepotism just encourages, and rewards ignorance. May not be the case here, but hiring people with actual PEOPLE skills, is beyond imperative.”
“I love the way they had their food grocery isle on display. Right where when I walk in and view it . I didn't have to go all the way to the right or left of the store. Just right in front of me .”
“I really appreciate the kind people who work at the FloraVista New Mexico branch. They are all always kind, helpful and courteous . They are always smiling and treat me like I matter. I come here at least once a day. I think all the employees here deserve a raise. They keep this store running well . Thanks .”
