The Best Western Plus Gallup Inn & Suites provides a wonderful and very favorable stay. The entire property is clean, well maintained, and the rooms are a perfect size. Guests are greeted by every staff member, with the front desk, night clerk, and breakfast attendant all noted as amazing, very friendly, kind, accommodating, and deserving of recognition. The most comprehensive breakfast includes hot items, a very delicious big selection, and daily specials. Amenities include a small gym, an indoor pool that is open, and a Jacuzzi. The water pressure in the shower is great. While the location gives some guests pause and walking to nearby stores is not recommended, the stay is peaceful. Many guests look forward to staying again and call it truly their best hotel stay ever.

Was very accommodating especially Laberta with great conversation at breakfast and checking us in last night and she is still here and in great spirits she needs a raise but will definitely be back here next time passing through gallup.

Was leary of the location but everything was fine. Big selection for breakfast and the lady at the front desk was very nice.
