The Best Western Plus Gallup Inn & Suites provides a wonderful and very favorable stay. The entire property is clean, well maintained, and the rooms are a perfect size. Guests are greeted by every staff member, with the front desk, night clerk, and breakfast attendant all noted as amazing, very friendly, kind, accommodating, and deserving of recognition. The most comprehensive breakfast includes hot items, a very delicious big selection, and daily specials. Amenities include a small gym, an indoor pool that is open, and a Jacuzzi. The water pressure in the shower is great. While the location gives some guests pause and walking to nearby stores is not recommended, the stay is peaceful. Many guests look forward to staying again and call it truly their best hotel stay ever.
Nice hotel! Both of the front desk gals were awesome! Really enjoyed the stay. The location was a little sus...but is right next to the police department. Was disappointed to be charged a late check out fee - never had that happen - crazy!

I will be definitely staying here again. I travel all over the country for work. Easy to get in and out of has a restaurant right across the street and has a wonderful breakfast. A good start for the morning the staff greet you when you come in and when you leave had an awesome experience thank you.
