Wondering if their phone service works. Have a pick up order trying to check on which is 3 days after the date expected. Weathers been bad. So I could understand the holdup, no phone answered in one whole day!

Fitting room was the worst experience. Very small, door would not stay closed or lock, no hooks on wall, not clean. However, the clothing inventory was very nice. The prices were a little high, but reasonable. The best part was the discounts from the points earned. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you very much.

Terrible. Visited with my father to buy a suit for my mother's funeral. This was the closest place that we could think of. My father uses a wheelchair. Upon entering, there was no button to push for the doors to open so we had to fight with the doors while trying to push him in or have someone hold the door for us. The aisles were NARROW for someone in a wheelchair. We needed help with getting his measurements but there was no one around. One guy saw us and knew we were shopping but didn't offer assistance. We went into their teeny, tiny fitting room which was not easy for someone in a wheelchair to use- it was a struggle. I asked if there was maybe another fitting room around and was told that that was the only one. There are no hooks inside the fitting room to hang your selections either. I expected it to be like the JCP in Flagstaff but it wasn't. I love JCP too.

Male employee will not let anyone enter after 730pm. Only customers inside before 730pm are let out when employee unlocks I side door. Inconvenient if the store hours for Monday are 11 am to 8 pm. ?
