“A good update... Some bloke at this Napa sold me a cabin filter for my Jeep on 12/31/2023. I didn't check it before I left because I was going to take care of it New Year's Day. Went to change it. The filter is completely different than the previous Napa-sanctioned one. It didn't fit. It's too thick. It's not the same quality. Made in a totally different country. So I returned it today (1/2/2023). Complained to a different, much more professional male employee. He quickly rectified the situation by quietly admitting the wrong one was sold to me. He proceeded to pull the new one out of the box. I confirmed it was the correct one. Got it for a straight exchange even though the new one was a few dollars more. Same old story. New year... It pays to know who to talk to. The real car guys/girls.”

They volunteered to cme out and look at my part I was needing and quickly identified the valve above my axle and the brought me some cold water out while I was putting it on. Thank a million. “I am sad to see the one star reviews from years ago still visible on this site. I have nothing but great things to say about them! I was pulling a new-to-me trailer from TN out to Nevada on a two week trip. After a lengthy part of the trip over a fairly rough set of back roads I discovered that the entire lower part the drain for the my black tank had disappeared somewhere along the way. No pipe, no valve, no cover. The good news for those concerned; the tank was cleaned and empty as I had flushed it out the day prior. I was headed to a boondock location that required me to have a working black tank system. A quick search on Google found Mr. B's trailers abut 2hrs away, but along the route. They said they had a good selection of repair parts. Yes they do! My anxiety was quickly relieved after arriving at Mr. B's. The ladies behind the counter in their parts area were extremely helpful and we quickly put together almost everything I needed. The only thing they didn't have was a small section of 3" PVC; but that wasn't a problem because they gave me easy directions to Home Depot to get that last piece of the puzzle. I was able to completely repair my system and I think that the parts I got at Mr. B's were a step up on quality from the original . Excellent customer service. Great selection of RV parts. Highly recommend.”

He knows his stock and his vehicles models that match what you’re looking for, always have tried to do business with them if they had the parts I needed. For a small town salvage yard they are outstanding and the price is usually way cheaper than places like Seminole and Roswell.”

“We had an unexpected flat tire while traveling through Hobbs and were stressed being stuck in an unfamiliar place, especially close to closing time. The tire technician Adrian at Walmart Auto Care Center went above and beyond to help us even though his shift was ending. He accommodated us at the last minute, repaired our tire quickly, and made sure we could safely go back home the same day.
His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a huge difference for us. We even tried offering to buy him dinner as a thank you for his kindness, but he politely refused and simply said he was happy to help. That gesture honestly meant a lot to us.
Thank you again for helping us get back on the road safely. People like him make a real difference, and Walmart is lucky to have someone so caring and dedicated.”
