“We were driving east on 180 to Hobbs, NM when we blew a tire on our fifth wheel camper. We have Good Sam Roadside service so I called them. It took 3 hours for them to get back to us and tell us they had someone coming but it would be 90 to 120 minutes before they would be there. I googled tire repair stores and found a Discount Tire and called. They said they could not help us but gave me the name and number of a place that could. We called and was told that their truck was out on a run headed our way and Vic said he would have the man stop and help us. Twenty minutes later he was there to help. We were able to get back on the road twenty minutes after that. Thank you Forrest Tire Company!”
“A few days ago I made a bad review on this store because I bought a part and it was broken the saleman was very rude to me and I spent the whole weekend waiting to see the manager on Monday. Today I went to see him and the salewoman (Yolie) that works there was very helpful and she get the manager for us and he promptly offered to replace the part. Thanks to Yolie service it was worthy of 5 stars bad I will just give 4 because this store needs more people like her and this manager willing to help their's costumers.”
“Really honest man went to him to get my lawnmower fixed and he got it back and running. I also had one went to see if he could fix a generator that had been sitting there for a while and he told me he’d rather me get a new generator than waste the money trying to fix it. Highly recommended”
“These guys are terrific and act with integrity. They saved me hundreds of dollars on unnecessary new brakes recommended by a shop we went to for emergency tire repair while traveling. I refused to let the out of town shop touch the brakes and brought it to the Precision Tune team when we got back. Not only did I not need new brakes, but they wouldn’t even let me pay them for the inspection time and labor!”

“My truck was dropped of at L&W Shop by another so-called Shop who had my truck for over 7 months who weren't worth a darn! I reached out to Dusty at L&W and explained the situation. He was upfront and said he had a waiting time, due to their schedule being booked. I told him it's been over 7 months on our end of us waiting, no worries, let me know what you need. I explained how communication was important to us, so just let us know if anything is needed on our end.
As soon as he got to our truck, he diagnosed it, he found us the part the Next Day! As soon as we got him the part, he said give me by the end of the week and I should have something for you.
I got notification the NEXT DAY! You're truck is done sir.

They had a employee who volunteered to get the part as they were making a personal time off trip. They stopped in route and picked it up to save a extra day to arrive at shop. “I put in a two-piece driveshaft, and my stock exhaust didn’t fit anymore. Took it to them, and they bent up a new piece and welded it like it was supposed to be. It only cost me $150 this time. A few years back, they welded in a muffler for me, and it’s been great ever since. They’ve also done a friend’s exhaust, and he’s happy with it too. Definitely recommend these guys!”
“We had an unexpected flat tire while traveling through Hobbs and were stressed being stuck in an unfamiliar place, especially close to closing time. The tire technician Adrian at Walmart Auto Care Center went above and beyond to help us even though his shift was ending. He accommodated us at the last minute, repaired our tire quickly, and made sure we could safely go back home the same day.
His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a huge difference for us. We even tried offering to buy him dinner as a thank you for his kindness, but he politely refused and simply said he was happy to help. That gesture honestly meant a lot to us.
Thank you again for helping us get back on the road safely. People like him make a real difference, and Walmart is lucky to have someone so caring and dedicated.”
