When did dollar general start requiring an ID to purchase a package of lighters? I've worked at a conscience store the past 7 years and we do not require and Id for a lighter .. was denied the ability to purchase, had half a mind to cancel the whole purchase.

Did not go to this store. Robert told me he could not put my phone number in because he already rung everything up. He lied. Have been to multiple stores that could do it and went to another location and the assistant manager told me it could be done. Plus he said self check outs were down than let another customer use... read full comment

Rude cashier literally snapped at my friend when he walks through the door about a charger. Not sure if they are having a lot of theft going on, but definitely not a way to treat every single customer, or which ever ones you profile as one that would possibly steal. 2/5/2024 @ 4:10pm
