“I've been with them for a year and I've had no problem dropping in with problems I don't understand and they have all been professional...some one has to realize our kids are our future they are learning just like we did when we were their age...I love metro and I guess if you have an attitude with them their gonna give you back the bad vibe...and as far as their service alot of times it's not the staff member ITS THE CUSTOMER picky grouchy over worked and undecided and always full of what ifs...we all need to learn kindness so our working kids can pick up and work fast safe and smart...I still believe customer is always right even if they are not...just saying KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB T-MOBILE GANG !!”
“I'm not a customer but a vendor I do building repairs for various companies and I see the behind the scenes views of employees and I can say these fine folks here are a cut above they go out of their way to assist people and don't get the recognition they deserve they also get the lashing they don't deserve, so when you go visit them keep in mind they are humans and I am positive they will show you the same respect without a doubt!
