I needed to update my name because I was recently married. I hate having to upload documents online it seems like it takes days for them to update, and finding the right source is such a hassle. I was greeted immediately, and she had the most enjoyable personality as well as performance. In and out within minutes. Very easily made changes to account. I went into the Verizon store to see if they could help me fix it instead, Brianna Marquez was the associate that helped me that day. She is so nice and very knowledgeable. She help me pick out my iPhone the case screen cover on it for me.
