“We had an unexpected flat tire while traveling through Hobbs and were stressed being stuck in an unfamiliar place, especially close to closing time. The tire technician Adrian at Walmart Auto Care Center went above and beyond to help us even though his shift was ending. He accommodated us at the last minute, repaired our tire quickly, and made sure we could safely go back home the same day.
His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a huge difference for us. We even tried offering to buy him dinner as a thank you for his kindness, but he politely refused and simply said he was happy to help. That gesture honestly meant a lot to us.
