With it 100 degrees outside U-Haul bust their butts in the heat to assure the vehicles are ready to rent. Keeps shop and store very clean. Everyone is responsive, helpful, accommodating with customers.

The rent keeps increasing every year and it's gotten quite expensive; however I have to say that I had an issue with my unit yesterday that wasn't necessarily Uhaul's fault and Collene, the owner, took care of things today for me and made it all right.

The agent I rented the trailer from was friendly and went above and beyond when we discovered the left brake light was inoperable. There was not another trailer of that size available, so she replaced the tail light on the spot, which resolved the issue. Thanks!
