My initial contact to order my tires and get the tires in immediately was the first sign of a good experience, and the quoted price was excellent. They even held the tires until my schedule allowed installation. When I arrived I came in about lunch time ( I was early), but the whole crew worked to get me in and out in just over an hour and then took their lunch, upon which I paid the quoted price and was on my way. These guys from the manager down, all the crew, went out of their way to make sure all concerns and questions were answered. Their quality of work and job attitude were above and beyond. “Thank you, Treadworks. Last week, I went to Jiffy Lube on the 20th to get service on my vehicle. I thought I got full service. Nope, they didn't vacuum my vehicle, over inflated my tires, and left something unattached by my glove compartment. My tire pressure came on in Kirtland right before 5 p.m. They checked my tires, they were at 50. The person put them back down to 38. What was Jiffy doing?”
