“The staff are pretty chill here. They're very polite and give information on the vehicle you're renting. They do schedule pickups on vehicles if you want to that. Other than that, the process was pretty smooth.”

I more than qualify, it's just that my address is not in their services. They were perfectly polite and respectful and explained it clearly and genuinely felt remorse for not being able to help.
