“Experience is with online shopping - they made it right when a shipping error occurred. Real humans who love these special toys who also provide excellent service - sometimes a rare combination. Reasonable prices too! (eye-roll at ebay and postmark resellers). We had such a positive experience we are considering adding an in-person stop to this shop on an upcoming trip to NM.”
