The Home Depot is a store offering tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, building materials, and gardening supplies for home improvement and gardening needs. It aims to help tackle any project. The knowledgeable team is ready to provide expert advice and support. Some employees offer exemplary customer service, going above and beyond to help. However, there is rarely any help to be found and the majority of employees are not knowledgeable. Customers often cannot get assistance and end up asking other customers for advice. Prices have gotten absolutely ridiculous on some items. The store has everything needed under one roof for DIY enthusiasts and professionals, but the experience with staff assistance can be very inconsistent.
Go to store for hardware needs. I was not successful in returning a Dewalt battery, but that was at another home depot store. Not my favorite hardware store.
