About Johnstone Supply
Johnstone Supply is known for its friendly and helpful staff, who are informative about equipment and parts. Customers appreciate the good customer service, especially when troubleshooting and finding specific parts for repairs. However, it is important to note that the store requires an account with a license, so DIY customers may not be able to purchase parts directly. The location offers clear directions for parking and easy access to the dock. Overall, it is a reliable place for HVAC supplies with attentive service.

Our heater went out and we needed a 24v transformer. Johnstone supply came through with the part and saved the day. Did I mention it was snowing... thanks for being very helpful.
