“I chatted with a representative online before ordering about the types of DNA tests available. They helped me choose the DNA test that was right for my situation. I ended up ordering a Home Paternity DNA Test, with a split paternity kit to another location out of state, through their site online. It showed up at my house pretty fast. No big markings on the package, looked discreet. Easy directions to follow with a prepaid return envelope. Got my results back just as fast too. Was the home paternity DNA test, but they also do legal DNA testing at their laboratory location.”

“My experience was good, not great. I arrived and checked in for my appointment but waited 20+ minutes anyway. I'd say that's reasonable, but like I said, my experience was good, not great.
The check-in kiosk worked well enough, and there were two. That's a good thing because no one was at the window most of the time I was there.
There were a LOT of people in the waiting room, and it appeared that quite a few people had the same check in time that I did. Which means Quest needs to have fewer appointments or more staff.
The phlebotomist was nice.
So yeah, a good experience overall—but it could have been a bit better. I give it 4 stars.”
