Normally I don’t come in to this store at el paseo I always have problems with Erick or who ever is there but customer service is bad I don’t understand how he can be a manager they definitely need to hire better people for working at that location and on top of that they don’t even answer the phone

Terrible service. The manager treated my mom with nothing but disrespect and she got told "are you gonna get the phone or not, if not you are just wasting my time" when clearly he had no other customers. I hope he changes his attitude.
