“I'm extremely picky with my vape juice. I usually only order online. I was out and my fav was out of stock. I visited here and the girl let me smell different blends. I told her what blend I preferred and she found a few that would be similar. I was nervous and smelled 10 or more. She was very patient. I ended up buying 2 small bottles and I was impressed. Since my fav is still out of stock, I'll be heading back to buy more!”

No doubt, he definitely knows their system and knows how to help better than the company's own customer service! “I bought a laptop here in 2022 and all went well. The employee was very knowledgeable and helped me find a laptop that fit my needs. It was a positive experience even though the laptop had to be shipped to me since it was not in stock in the store.
However, I called this store the other day (January 2023) and the woman I spoke to was very condescending. I broke the screen on my Samsung Galaxy A20, and Samsung customer service told me I could get it repaired at Best Buy. When I called this Best Buy to set up an appointment to have the screen on my phone replaced, the employee who answered the phone acted as if I was a huge pain in her neck. When I told her I had a Galaxy A20, she acted as if I'd just handed her an open box filled with dog poop. "Oh," she said, "we don't work on those phones ." I mean, I only called because Samsung customer service told me to! Sorry to bother you, lady.
Overall, I'd give them a score of 3½ stars if that were an option. Since it's not, I'll round up to 4 stars based on previous positive in-person interaction.
Update March 2024: I was glad to learn I can drop off old/broken laptops and other computer items here for recycling/proper disposal. I dropped off 3 broken laptops a friend left behind when she moved. I was glad I didn't have to toss them in a dumpster and that Best Buy will see that they are disposed of properly. This service definitely earned them the half a star I rounded up to after the lady was so rude to me on the phone. This time all the workers I encountered were nice and helpful.”
“Went in at the spur of the moment to buy a drum set. Asked a gentleman in the store to sample a drum set for me. I fell in love and had to have it. The gentleman was very good at not only the drums but very knowledgeable about everything I asked him. He answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend others to this store. Thanks guys. I’m sure I’ll be back for sticks and heads (hopefully not soon on those heads?)”

“I ended up with a couple of game controllers after I helped a friend clean out an attic storage space. I don't know anything about gaming. I didn't know what the controllers went to or what (if anything) they were worth. Someone suggested I could maybe sell them at GameStop, so I stopped in.
The young woman working was very professional and calmly handled everything that came her way. She greeted every customer who came through the door. While helping me, she also took a phone call from a potential customer asking if a specific item was in stock (it was), greeted people who came into the store, and handed outgoing mail off to the postal worker.
I got a few bucks for the controllers. I wasn't expecting to get much, but I was happy to make a few dollars and keep some plastic out of the landfill. I was offered the option of store credit or cash. I got a little more by choosing store credit. The worker kindly put my credit on a gift card so I can send it to a young relative who lives in another state and plays video games.
My experience at this GameStop location was top notch.”
