Lived here for 3 years. No issues until move out time. I paid their $300 cleaning fee and then they did the “walk through” before the clean and claimed everything that would’ve been cleaned, as damage. A lot of us have been scammed by this place. DO NOT LIVE HERE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

Borderline Scam. When we moved out, they took our whole deposit, and nickel and dimed us for the toilet rings and broken blinds (which were already finicky when we moved in), ended up charging us over $1000 extra. (on top of their ~$300 cleaning fee!)
