“My office NEVER uses FedEx to ship documents. So I was a bit surprised when I was asked to send some via this carrier. I can't speak to the printing but I did see some machines that would certainly make a banner if you needed it. I know they do all the coil binding and specialty printing because I recognized the materials and printers. So for presentations or school projects this could be the place for you. Or if you just need a self service copier for a resume on some nice paper...they have that too.My reason to be there was to ship. The young woman i had wait on me was immediately there to assist, did all the paperwork and labeling for me and had me in and out in a few minutes. It really wasn't anymore than the post office. I'll be honest the UPS Store is right on my way to work and I am prone to go there to ship stuff off. But I now know Fed Ex is also a worthy shipper of stuff from the office.”
“Always friendly, efficient, and fast. I love this store and am so happy it's run so well. I use it for sending out art and never had a problem. Amazon returns are accepted there, but now Amazon is charging a dollar to use UPS. Staples is still free dropoff. Does Amazon never get enough? Or is UPS charging them?”
“These guys at the Fed Ex store have always been very helpful and friendly over the years. They have processed Fed Ex mailing and shipments for me, helped print out documents, and have been very friendly and accommodating. I'm not sure about all the bad reviews, but my own personal experiences with them have been absolutely solid.”
“Drove an hour to get here after receiving a damaged item (it was faster than shipping and all that) and when I walk in Annabelle is immediately the most radiant customer service rep I have ever dealt with. She greeted me warmly with a smile and immediately took care of the issue with no hesitation while being what every company’s dream employee should be like. 10/10 experience and she even sold me on the warranty and I bought two of them. Hopefully they treat her and other employees like her well. There was another guy there too who greeted me as I walked in and assured me they would help me asap. Good stuff.”
