Always friendly, efficient, and fast. I love this store and am so happy it's run so well. I use it for sending out art and never had a problem. Amazon returns are accepted there, but now Amazon is charging a dollar to use UPS. Staples is still free dropoff. Does Amazon never get enough? Or is UPS charging them?
