My experience was good, not great. I arrived and checked in for my appointment but waited 20+ minutes anyway. I'd say that's reasonable, but like I said, my experience was good, not great.
The check-in kiosk worked well enough, and there were two. That's a good thing because no one was at the window most of the time I was there.
There were a LOT of people in the waiting room, and it appeared that quite a few people had the same check in time that I did. Which means Quest needs to have fewer appointments or more staff.
The phlebotomist was nice.
So yeah, a good experience overall—but it could have been a bit better. I give it 4 stars.

Went in to get my kids blood drawn, they were sooooo rude. Very unwelcoming, unfriendly, unhelpful. Lady at the front desk was so rude, I just left. Never going there again!! 0/10 highly do not recommend!!!

They don’t employ a receptionist or answer calls locally. I was told to drop off an item without being told I needed an appointment even though it was just a drop off. When I got there, I was told to either wait (likely > 1 hour), or come back at a later time with an appointment. After driving a hour round trip twice without accomplishment, I will avoid Quest as much as possible. Their CEO James Davis made nearly 16.7 million dollars last year, for terrible service. The phebolomists who work at Quest are great though.

My husband had blood work done here to check his hemoglobin. After the doctor got the results, he called and said "your hemoglobin is too high at 22". So the doctor told him to go and give blood. The hemoglobin read 17.1 five days later. Not sure what Quest did, but this is incorrect blood work readings. Be aware!!

The worst experience ever.. So I arrive in the morning as a walk in I get my name called I tell the lady its a drug test and she tells me she can not do the test her self, walks me out to the lobby tell
Me someone will assist me shortly that they are fully staffed and not busy. I'm waiting watch patients come in and out, tell one of the nurses I have to pee tell me I'm a walk in have to wait till all the scheduled patients are taken care of or I have the option to go next door to Monte Bello Medical. I asked her will it be long then she told me I didn't know but I did have that option walks into the testing area closing the door in my face. So I sit there and make a same-day appointment in the afternoon. I arrived ten minutes before my appointment to be told they don't do drug test after 2pm I asked them why was I schedule for it then the nurse tells me well its on the door, she walks me out to show me and to her surprise it's not. So I end up having to do the test next door. Works Quest I have dealt with.

DO NOT do a walk in appointment. I waited over an hour for a drug test that would’ve taken 2 minutes to do. They even took back a lady that was also on the waitlist before me and she arrived after I did. Don’t take walk ins if you don’t have a system to properly serve them.

Very difficult to sign in with a kiosk or calling customer service number. Had to give a credit card in case Medicare or other insurance does not for any services. Wondering if I should go back to CPL labs!!

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT go to Quest Diagnostics for a lab draw if you do not have an appointment. They say you can walk in but they have no system to see walk-in patients between those with appointments. So if everyone shows up for their appt you could wait the whole day and not get seen. I personally waited 2 hours with no update, and no care or concern for how long I had been waiting, so I was the 4th person to leave without being seen. What a waste of time. I've been there with an appt. time and you do get in and out in a reasonable amount of time, but being on the other side of things and seeing how they treat those walking in, I will be looking for another place to have my lab work done.

I had scheduled an appointment a few days in advance. They do not give priority to appointments. They took all the walks before me. This is a regular occurrence.

This is the most inefficiently run office I've seen in a LONG time. There's a running list of people checked in, but they keep calling names that aren't on the list. When I checked in for my appointment, I was sixth in line, now I'm 24th. They only have 2 people working, but two dozen checked in for appointments running over an hour behind. When anyone says anything, one of the staff is condescending and short with them, but the other is at least polite. Whomever allows this many appointments to be scheduled and can't manage adequate staffing should be fired. Even if someone called in,

I had a good experience at this Quest location. I don’t really care for the check in process, I think they need a live person at the door. When I was leaving, a person rushed passed me through the door. Not sure if it was my responsibility to stop them??

After we were called to the back for a blood draw, my daughter began having a panic attack. After about two minutes, the woman waiting to take the draw said, “Would you like to reschedule because there’s others waiting in the lobby?” So we left. Very rude and inconsiderate.

Completely incompetent, have insure, and paperwork, was denied service because they want me to die. These people hire gaslighting narcissist, that are rude, and worthless at their job. Move on from this place.
They also hold your credit card on file and over charge you, and hold your money until after your insurance pays you so they can make money on your money. This is a sleezy operation that runs like a cartel.

Arrived at location on East Lohman to find handwritten signs that read, "System is Down". Received a text that read, "Come in and take a seat. Someone will be with you." After signing in on a clipboard and waiting about 10 minutes, I realized that unless I had a hard copy of my order, I would not be seen. When I stated that fact out loud, the clearly overwhelmed employee rudely stated, "The signs are everywhere. The system is down." After that, several patients came up to take their names off the sign in sheet. It wasn't just all in my head. Since I don't work there, I'm not exactly sure what that means. Does that mean you can't bill me? Does that mean that you can't take payment? Does that mean if the doctor faxed or emailed my orders, I would not be able to be seen. THERE'S NO COMMUNICATION TO THAT EFFECT ANYWHERE! Why are you sending out a text that reads get there on time and please check in someone will be with you shortly, but can't be bothered to tell me that your system is down and not to get up early (while fasting)? Why did you not bother to send out an email or text alert that states something to the effect of, "Our system is currently down. If you do not have a hard copy order, we will not be able to see you."
