Everyone here is super nice and helpful! I came here once to print something and the young man (James) who helped me was so courteous and patient that now I always come here when I need anything done because they are so amazing and kind. They are professional and efficient. I will continue to come to this store.

James always greets with a smile on his face and ready to help make sure package gets on truck before leaving. The rest of the staff are always helpful as well and pleasant. Never had any issues.

(I’m sure the clerk was only following UPS policies).
Terrible service today at this UPS location.
My sister in FL let me know my 2 birthday presents were ready be picked up.
I showed my ID and had a copy of the tracking #, etc. that my sister had provided for me to pickup the package(s).
Apparently the package was under my sister’s name & address, yet the package had arrived at UPS on Main in Las Cruces.
I wasn’t able to receive the package(s), I was told my sister would have to (who lives out of state!) pick it up or return the package to my sister and she could send it again. When I asked how the package made it here, the clerk said my sister must have changed the address. ?
Very frustrating, in the end I requested to have the package returned and I’m hoping my sister receives a full refund on shipping and the gifts.
Thank you for your response…what additional information did I need? (“we do have to follow next steps to ensure we can release the package to you. Since you were unable to provide the other required documentation to pick up the package is the only reason for no release.”
I did have other documentation that the clerk would not look at and my sister had followed Amazon’s guidelines for UPS.
I’m still unclear as to why I couldn’t pick up the packages-they were there to be picked up by me.

I am at this store fairly often and always have a great experience. Easy to access notary, printing, shipping, and they also take USPS packages for shipping. Thanks to James for consistently being responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly!

Used to be reliable. Paid for 2 day delivery on the 28th of Dec. Recipient never received pkg. It is now Jan 3, checked tracking. It now says Delivery expected Jan 6 in evening.

I went in this morning to ship an item and was waited on by james the manager who was so fantastic to me iam a disabled senior citizen he was very helpful in boxing up my items to ship this ups store is so incredible as I was walking out to my car another young employee helped me get to my car god bless you all and keep those packages moving
