Since moving back to Las Cruces the USPS (Las Cruces, downtown office) has returned two of my packages and then redelivered them after I complained and most recently for reason unknown, failed to send me my El Paso Electric bills for November and December. This forced me to pay by phone and to pay the extra "convenience fee" of $2.35 so I would not be late on my bill. I put in a new case request.... of course you also must wait for over an hour to speak to a person after you get past the computer nonsense.

This post office has an automated, self-serve dropbox which I use like 99% of the time. I buy / print my labels at home, scan my package, get my receipt and I'm out the door in a minute. Love it.On a few occasions I've gone to the counter for whatever reason there's never been much of a line and the young staff hustles to keep things moving unlike the office on Commerce which, doesn't have a self-serve dropbox, always has a line full of people and older employees who move like molasses.I'm surprised by all these comments saying the staff is rude, they've been just fine if not outwardly friendly to me whereas the Commerce office really seems to have some indifferent grumps there.

This is a very bad experience. My daughter only two months Female staff are very rude. She asked my daughter to stand up for the photo instead of letting the child lie down for the photo. It is a very dangerous thing for a two-month-old child. What pissed me off the most was that after waiting for two months, they actually told me that the photos were not acceptable. They also charged me a 30 dollar handling fee, but the photos weren’t enough. And some time she don’t have any good work attitude .very mean and No patience that lady

I should have read the reviews! The female postal workers here are incredibly rude, have zero customer service skills and hate their lives at 9 AM! Do not set an 830 appointment and demand people show up 15 minutes early for you not to even open until 835 and still be rude when people have questions. Just because “everyone who does the same thing online gets a different result” does not mean your website is clear on instructions as to what is needed, and then have nothing to say when you’re told that we have been calling for four days and nobody answered. If you’re going to be rude, please expect your customers to match your rude energy.

Literally every time I order a package they deliver it to the wrong mailbox. Not even kidding. Every. Single. Time. When I go to talk to them in person to try to figure it out where my package is they are rude and honestly not all that helpful. It really only is this post office in las cruces, all the other post offices I have dealt with here are cordial and deliver my packages accordingly. Would not recommend doing your business here.

Lost my mail, one was a birthday card from a grandma that I can no longer see it was supposed to be here yesterday on hold. Because my my box is still damaged from over a month ago and they haven’t fixed it yet. Put a credit card statement in same damaged mailbox that had a note saying “Do not deliver here, mail on hold”. If mail hasn’t been found by Monday and is in my hand, I will be speaking with someone. I’ve already put two reports in against this post office, if my mail was stolen or lost I won’t be happy.

moved to cruces in the middle of february. It's already July and I have yet to receive my keys to my box. I've filled out three forms for my mail to be held while i wait for my keys. and I have received ZERO mail. and it seems that every time i go back, I'm just having to fill out another yellow paper.Im already gonna move again and I still haven't received any mail since moving to cruces.

I was supposed to get a package at my address, never got the package went and talk to them and supposedly they said no one lived at the address kept going till hopefully find my package and got mo results, I really hope they fix this cause it’s unacceptable.

Lady's watch out for Freddy! He will make sexual comments towards you and then when you reject him he will reject you service....... He's a creepy scary crook. Watch out for this post office. Avoid at all costs

That’s a horrible location to go to some of their employees seem very overwhelmed and frustrated they always tell people they’re manager is not around when they have a complaint or a question.

Certified mailed a letter on march / 27th/2023 , today April 4th , still not delivered !? interestingly the address of recipient is only 3 blocks away from this location !! ??They just keep raising their prices ! getting paid very well , but customer service is purely disgusting .Most likely those few positive comments, comes from employees with fake emails !?It's time to Uber our mails ??
