Literally got to my appointment waited roughly 30 mins no one was at the passport desk. I didnt receive an email or nothing that the guy calles out. Lady at the front desk was a sweetheart atleast. Will update accordingly. (Update) Got my passport took like 15 minutes thank you

Good staff they are helpful. I wanted the verification for Informed Delivery Service.
They completed the verification in under 2 minutes and I started getting updates about the packages coming to my house.
