Staff are kind and helpful, patient and informed, and work quickly even when busy. Employees assist people in Spanish. Many customers ship Priority mail monthly and have had great service for years. The office offers rural mailbox cluster keys and keeps things moving fast with only three employees at the counter. USPS recruits for many positions, including mail and package delivery, truck driving, and processing plant jobs. Customers praise the upbeat, pleasant workers and the closest office to home and work.
The folks here are always very professional and super helpful, even when the place is busy. Our carrier on Rte. 61, Junior always goes above and beyond, even having a new set of keys made after we'd had to wait over a month. Great service.
