Went in to the Verizon in the mall, hoping to get my girlfriend added to my plan, instead the guy who set us up created her a bill as well so we had two separate bills to pay. Along with that we got her a new phone which was supposed to be “on the house” yet we were billed $286. We spent nearly 4 hours in the store. Overall was not impressed with the store at all. Luckily the other associate Isaiah noticed we were screwed over and he did his best to make right with us, he was able to override the mistakes made by the first associate therefore saving us from being locked in to two separate plans for 30 days. I wish we would have went to Isaiah for help first before the headache we went through. After 4 hours in a Verizon store I debated just cancelling it all and going through a different provider.

Rachel Kline the store manager will not help you when you have had 4 warranty replacement phones within 2 years for 2 phone lines and will charge you $50 for each line so it can get mailed to you or she will make you drive to El Paso to pick up your replacement. Did not want to help waive the $50 charge for each line. Btw been with verizon for almost 20 years. Don't waste your time at this store location you are better off calling customer service.

If you get Jesse. Ask for someone else! He was the rudest most disrespectful person I've ever worked with as a customer. Would not listen to my questions. And never even talked about the phones he just wanted to sell internet and bundles with streaming services. And he ordered the wrong phone!

just wanted to thank the representative at the Verizon store on Lohman in Las Cruces, NM for helping me and my Dad figure out the best way to get his damaged phone replaced. I'm in PA and the rep called me and we chatted through options. he was super helpful, not pushy, and I really appreciated all his help!

Worst customer service I've received from a carrier not to mention when you call they're answering machine does not recognize when you click a nor does it recognizes when you say them aloud only after 15 minutes of it not understanding will it transfer you to a service representative
