Very poor service!! Technician had no idea how to help, lost his keys,(wasted time in store helping him look for them)! Company needs to screen employees before hiring them!! Makes Victra Verizon look bad! Added charge to bill to set up phone and didn’t set up phone! Ultimately set up phone thru another phone line and Verizon Service Technician service and he was very competent and savvy.

In December of 2023 there was a promotion going on; If you buy the home internet (and modem) you get either an Xbox 5 or a $200 Amazon gift card. I purchased the Home Internet and was promised the Amazon gift card as per the Promotion, the Manager that helped me at the time was very helpful on getting us this promotion. Fast forward to today (July) I am still waiting for the $200 gift card. I have gone to this store four times throughout this year trying to get my gift card that was promoted/promised. The lady workers that I spoke to were very understanding and helpful, calling their customer service to try and get the Amazon gift card but was told it would take 3-4 weeks to receive an email that would give the link to the gift card. Each time we talked to a representative of the store; they were very helpful. This last Friday I go into the store to yet again question what is going on with this promotion, and what we can do to fix it. As we are approaching August, and I've been waiting since DECEMBER. There was a new employee, male, who seemed too impatient with having to deal with customer service and had a quick phone call with them. He hung up and said he knows what happened. The Manager then walked up (The same Manager that helped me way back in December to get the promotion.) and said that the reason we did not get the gift card is because the Promotion was for the internet 5g plus (whatever that is) and that our internet was not the same. So, make it make sense if he was the one who helped me through the process in December for the promotion, how did I not qualify for the gift card if HE was the one to get me the promotion. I told him he was the one who helped me so how do I not qualify, unless they are changing the Promotion details? He became quiet and did not say anything and walked away, and just dismissed me. These two men working seemed to be upset that I was there questioning what is going on. (They want to offer a Verizon gift card, which was not what was promised or offer store credit.) Which I do not want, I cannot purchase Amazon products from a Verizon gift card. I've been getting the run around, and I had to leave the store because these guys could not be bothered to help me out. I've been a Verizon Customer for 9 years and never had any problems before this. I've talked to the customer service through their help line, and they keep trying to give me a $50 -$150 Verizon Gift card. This is very frustrating, and I just want to get what was promised. Do better Verizon, if you are doing a promotion, give what is promised! It is ridiculous that I have to be on the phone, going in person to the store, talking over and over to representatives just to wait LONGER and LONGER for a promotion they made to the public. They should uphold their promotions.

Roll the dice!
Verizon is a or one of thee player/providers; big with big coverage! Take my guidance on and consider calling a Verizon agent from Verizon! The stores have the look, feel, and comport of any run of the mill "vehicle sales lot"; tin salespersons with a bias towards your money, not a quality, Positive customer experience. It may frustrate you, yet the techs will tell you what something costs and what it infers, rather than push blindly to the unknown, while making you feel the condescension before rooking you out of your plan and disgusting you at your provider. They are not as good for Verizon as Verizon may think.

I can't express my sincere gratitude to AJ. My phone wasn't charging and I needed a new phone. As AJ was doing the transfers to the new phone, my old one was dying.... AJ went above and beyond to try whatever to get some charge to that old phone. Nothing he was trying was working. Phone was at 13%
Somehow, someway, AJ got the phone to get some charge..... he was so focused on me NOT losing anything from my old phone. I'm extremely impressed and thankful that I had someone who actually cared. Thank you AJ for EVERYTHING you did for me. It's truly appreciated.

They went above and beyond helping me. I tried to transfer my number to another carrier, but it never completed the process so I went back to Verizon to get my number back. They spent 8.5 hours on the phone with the other carrier only to be told they couldn't override their system because it is automated. They issued me a temporary number. Today is day eleven without my number. They were very kind, professional and patient. They all deserve a raise. If not a raise, at least be given a large bonus.

AJ and Alex were very attentive and knowledgeable of their phone solutions and upgrades. I went in looking for a replacement screen protector and case, and came out with a new S25 phone.

Bianca provided excellent customer service. I was in the store a while due to SIM card issues and witnessed her ability to problem solve while dealing with multiple customers at once. I even witnessed her deescalate a situation with an upset customer. I truly appreciated her attitude and overall helpfulness and honesty.Management hope you’re taking care of her, because employees like Bianca are hard to find.

Horrible customer service from staff. Ordered the new iPhone 15 and since no call was given to let us know phone arrived it was sold to someone else. Had to wait another 2 months for another iPhone 15 for their lack of service. Their printer has been “broken” since September so they can’t accept trade-ins. Employee at store ordered like 5 different orders of iPhone 15 because she kept ordering the wrong phone. UPS shows that the phone was delivered to the store but per the worker the phone did not arrive. It has been ridiculous and outrageous the way these employees handle situations and don’t even have the courtesy to be sincere or apologetic. This store is horrible and only helps when they feel like it.
