“The representative they have in the medicinal area, I forget if her name is DJ or JD, is always so informative and kind! She's a big reason we get our products here and we also get our drinking water and coffee here. I wish they could return to the previous water machine with dial switches as the current one has push button that isn't as user friendly and always overflows and splashes. Cashiers are usually friendly and pleasant as well. The only person who wasn't helpful was the store manager, luckily I have been able to avoid him when I see him.”

Other stores (even the other store in town) don’t seem to care much about the customers. Other stores seem to have a “get your stuff and get out” vibe whereas this store goes out of their way to help.”
