Xfinity by Comcast,
I've had service for some time,
I've had some money I paid not show good on bill. I've paid off large bill then told had to wait to get credit,
I'm not blaming everyone on these actions,
This company is run on many levels and many times unprofessionalism comes from right hand does not know what left hand is doing.
Other than that service is ok,
Just be careful in business dealings

One star because you can’t do 0. I had to repeat the situation twice to different employees who don't care and don’t listen. They didn’t offer a solution, they did not want to open a new account. Attitude and bad customer service is all you get when you walk in.

You need to put better employee at your front door, someone who really cares to keep your customers, and provides useful information. This is what can easily make any customer switch to another provider.

The TV signal keeps going in and out and freezes also. This is getting ridiculous. I have tried to change my package and it won't let me. I am disappointed, cause this used to be really good, but not anymore.

INTERNET GOES OUT EVERY WEEK FOR MORE THEN 12HRS.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT.
EVEN THE SYSTEM THAT ANSWERS THE REVIEWS DOESNT HELP THE LINK IS NO GOOD NO ONE ANSWERS.

My issue is with xfinity mobile as a whole not particularly the store. To start i have been with xfinity security and internet for years with no problems and I always pay on time.Then They convince me to get phone lines with them and I never had a phone bill of more than $200 even while traveling outside of the US. I've had now 2 bills of $600+ on a row because i went to Mèxico, I've never had to pay more than extra $10 to go use my phone in mexico. It's a ridiculous amount of money for phones. I pay the first $600+ bill in full. The description of the bill said it was phone calls my daughter made(so I don't fight the amount) and then I get another $600+ and the description has one text and one call but this time its the data that cost me $500+ so i tell them i cant pay that again and they put me on a payment plan. Then the lady spelled my last name wrong, I tried fixing it and it still says the wrong last name. Then I buy my daughter a phone and I can't even transfer her line to the new phone because I put my bill on a payment plan even though I've had very good payment history for years. Then I try to put her line on a different service and they make me go to an xfinity store to prove my identity to be able to get the transfer PIN. I'm considering just canceling my mobile service altogether.

There’s nowhere handy to review the Xfinity internet service I have, so the Xfinity store is gonna catch the flack.
Xfinity is utter garbage. The reliability and speed of the service is nothing like promised. I’m paying for the top speed package and it is amazingly slow, often unable to stream HD video without giving up quality.
Outages are CONSTANT.

This place did not let me pay for 2 brand new iPhones cash. Used to be that cash is king but obviously not in this place. Take your business elsewhere like I did

Do your xfinity services online as the store is bad due to their manager Gabe/Porfolio. All the times i've been there, he treats his employees badly and added services i did not sign up for.
He's also checked out my daughter innappropriately. So unprofessional.
