“I know people complain that the staff are rude here, but I have never had a bad experience!In fact, this gal Angela had to send me away from my passport appointment because I didn't follow the darn directions, but she remembered me when I came back a few days later, and was SUPER helpful, thorough, and friendly. I've also had a carrier call my office saying he couldn't fit all our deliveries in our box, so he set them aside at the post office. Sure, it was an extra step, but much better than just leaving things on the floor beneath the mailboxes or marking the delivery "mailbox full" and delaying it.I appreciate that they're thoughtful here. Good job.”

“I live in Los alamos, I was waiting for a package that had the wrong address on it. It was routed to the Whiterock branch. After talking with them they went out of there way to get the package off the truck it had been put on and deliver it to my home in Los alamos, the same day. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much the people at the this post office went above and beyond.”
