Use Aspen Copies for printed passport photos. Cost me $2, not the $15 the Post Office and CVS/Walgreens charge. Never had a photo rejected by the State Department and used them several times.

Watched a postal clerk fight with the receipt printer for 15 minutes. The receipt printer won.
