Shaun is one of the most helpful reps I’ve worked with. He helped me understand how to get my service working better when it starts to get slow in high service areas.

I was in Los Lunas on my road trip when my phone started acting really weird. I met a man named Shaun who not only helped me but also explained to me how to fix the problem myself if it happens again! Great experience
