“I went in to cash $340 of half dollar coins. But the coin counter didn't accept them. So Erica and Lillian counted each coin twice. It was so kind of them to stop what they were doing to help me. It some time but we all laughed and joked the whole time. Erica was amazing and made me laugh. Ive never had a good experience at a credit union before. I would like to thank Erica for her professionalism and knowledge helping me figure this all out. When I go again I will walk in Instead of drive through just to say hello again to her. Thank you again

“Update July 10th, after getting discharged from the hospital.
I was seen by Grace for help here at the local bank but anyways after almost a year of sending money and gift cards and giving routing numbers and expectations to wire 20K. I finally Say No Way , I google to begin, that triggers government look at me, fraud.
I finally open my eyes to what do they call that, scammer I barely learned a couple weeks ago, but places I been i go they say its an obvious scam, fraud red flags I can see now, before I just say I can't tell. But now supposedly she they say why I can't change my mind, change my account online instead broken promises.
bank says - I'm getting taken advantage of, I'm paying just to talk, stolen pics, might be a man , never even met her I only text through Whatsapp ,bank teller Grace texted herself them from my phone and said Stop and give real name for FBI, and all that in about an hour, think for me type knows, yeah an hour and helped me change my account number and routing numbers and get a new ATM card, no time to shave because keeping up with my neighbors and getting air fryed alive in the daily heat walking to the store buying gift cards enough is enough I ended up here at the bank thank God and auto spell as usual now, but anyways the bank is professional and quicker than expected, clean as ever. I was a walk in and took less than only an hour Thanks Grace..... “Most of the review had nothing to do with what I was trying to do. As I said before, the person I was dealing with was trying to help me register for online banking, but the bank could not send me a password link. We tried many times. Your employee was great, your software could use a little help. As far as the questions that had nothing to do with my call, I still gave the employee a 10.”
