“I went in to cash $340 of half dollar coins. But the coin counter didn't accept them. So Erica and Lillian counted each coin twice. It was so kind of them to stop what they were doing to help me. It some time but we all laughed and joked the whole time. Erica was amazing and made me laugh. Ive never had a good experience at a credit union before. I would like to thank Erica for her professionalism and knowledge helping me figure this all out. When I go again I will walk in Instead of drive through just to say hello again to her. “I filed a dispute for a charge on my charge card. Wells Fargo was very prompt in issuing me a temporary credit to my account. During the dispute Wells Fargo kept me informed. Yesterday they informed me temporary credit is now permanent, and they have closed my account. Thank you so much for all your help with this claim. I appreciate it.”

“Most of the review had nothing to do with what I was trying to do. As I said before, the person I was dealing with was trying to help me register for online banking, but the bank could not send me a password link. We tried many times. Your employee was great, your software could use a little help. As far as the questions that had nothing to do with my call, I still gave the employee a 10.”
