The United States Postal Service at this location provides secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages. The staff at the post office are consistently described as polite, friendly, helpful, patient, and informative. They work very hard and are efficient, especially when busy, to get the line down. Customers report always having polite, great service and that their mail arrives in a very timely fashion across the US. Home delivery is also noted as great. While the workers are praised, some feedback notes that the post master does not answer phone calls or emails, and issues with specific missing mail are sometimes not resolved to the customer's satisfaction. A suggestion was made that a newer vehicle for home delivery would be appreciated. Overall, the location does a reasonable job, with employees who are committed to helping customers, even adding extra touches like asking about their day when possible.
All of the workers at this location have been very patient and friendly with me. They work very hard and some things are beyond their control. It helps me to go there and even if there is a long line I know when it’s my turn someone will be there to help me, even when I barely have my stuff together. Thank you!
