Today I visited my unit for the first time in over a year and couldn't get the latch open. Two older gentlemen walked out with me and put a new latch on in five minutes. They even cleaned out the accumulated dirt in the door jamb. Same goes for billing. It's been quick, easy and problem free. My second storage is with another company. I've had that for almost 20 years and can't say their customer service and bill pay is anywhere close to Absolute Storage.”
