“Jonathan thanks for going over and beyond with customer service! He went to the back of the store to get my cat food that was not on the shelf. He helped me with my mother that has a hard time getting around. The lady cashier was super rude but Jonathan jumped in made up for the rudeness. Thanks so much we really appreciate you!! ?”

“I've been shopping here at least 3 times a week for the last 8 years. This family dollar is the best store in Las Cruces, beats going to Walmart or Albertsons the employees are knowledgeable and helpful and they take the right amount of time to service their customers efficiently and effectively. The manager works just as hard as the employees and it shows.”

“I like going to Family Dollar always find the things I need and for a low price. I love that the store is getting remodeled it's looking great. Today I only I intended in getting oil but I got my grandblme shoes and at a really great price I tholug popht I was gonna pay 7 dollars and ended up only paying $3.78 for my grandbaby's shoes which is really awesome. When I go there the employees are really nice and always ask if I need anything.I will keep on continuing on going there because of the prices and most of all the the customer service..”

“Store was clean and shelves were neatly arranged, but there were a LOT of empty spots on those shelves. One worker seemed to be stocking, so that was good. No self checkout registers here, but cashier was nice to me. I found some things I haven't seen at other Dollar Tree stores.”

“This location has a great manager - it’s very well-run, the staff is always competent and kind, they take good care of my elderly mother who lives in Mesquite, and they know quite a few of the regulars by sight. The store is always neat, well-organized, and if I can’t find what I’m looking for it seems the whole staff knows where everything is. Rare in this day and age. They should be commended!”
