Quality Inn is a good hotel for passing through, with updated rooms and comfortable beds. The layout is nice with everything needed, including a fridge, microwave, and coffee. Guests appreciate the free cookies and the simple internet connection. The location is convenient, being central and within a short drive of Albuquerque, various restaurants, and shopping like Walmart and a nearby Family Dollar. It is described as a safe place with good walkability. However, some guests feel the cost is high for the quality. Rooms can be small, and some experienced issues like an HVAC fan that wouldn't run continuously. While staff are friendly and service is good—sometimes going above and beyond to assist with room issues—there are noted drawbacks. These include no elevator, an occasionally unclean lobby, and some food items not being replaced. Despite these points, many guests state they would stay again.

Not a bad place at all, rooms are clean and the breakfast was hot and free.

We love this hotel. Every time we come through, we check to see if there are rooms available here. It is not fancy and it is not new, but it is always clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the beds are so comfortable.
